Family Housing

Our Housing & Residence Life office does not offer family housing on campus. We do, however, recommend the apartments below for families who need housing while attending GVSU.

Bayberry Pointe Apartments

Security Deposit $200.00
Utilities-residents pay their own utilities with the exception of water and trash
Washers and dryers in the units
Grand Rapids Public Schools-School bus comes into complex
2 people per room/maximum of 6 people per unit
Pets (cats) allowed with a $250.00 deposit and an additional $20 per month
No wait list at this time

Hampton Lakes Apartments

Application Fee $50.00
Security Deposit $200.00
All utilities paid except electric
Grandville School District-School bus comes into complex
2 people per room/maximum of 4 people per unit
Mix of students, professors and families
NO Pets Allowed!
Both management and maintenance live on site
Have waitlist revolving around the academic year-need to apply early

Apple Ridge Apartments

Application Fee $50.00
Security Deposit $200.00
