GVSU Contract Rate:
Rates are quoted for single or double occupancy (1 King or 2 Double Beds) and are subject to applicable taxes, currently 12%, at the time of check-in and are non-commissionable. The negotiated rate is based on an annual commitment of 100 room nights.
Terms and Conditions:
Hotel agrees to load and maintain rates in their property management system. Hotel will book reservations on a one room per name basis.
