Dr. Jeff Chamberlain

Dr. Chamberlain, or "Dr. J" as he is affectionately known, has worked in honors for most of the last decade. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in 1992, and is a faculty member in history. His field is 17th and 18th century England, and, when he gets time to research and write, he works on "conspiracy and intrigue" in the 18th century--specifically a daring plot to overthrow the British crown in the 1720s. He is most passionate, though, about students getting the quality of education that they deserve, which is why he works in Honors.

Janaan has been with the Frederik Meijer Honors College since September 2001. She was the Office Coordinator for seven years. She stepped into her new role as Student Services Coordinator in January 2009. She is available for academic advising, questions regarding Honors Council and Honors housing, and anything else you may need. Janaan double majored in Human Resource Management and Psychology, and completed her Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis in Adult and Higher Education in April 2008.

Brittany is an International Business/Accounting major with a Chinese minor.
This is her second year working in the Meijer Honors College office. She really loves dancing in the rain, watching the office, and eating burritos! This past Spring, Brittany traveled to China, and she's planning on traveling to Australia Summer, 2010.
