A Message from the Dean of Interdisciplinary Studies:

Dean Wendy WennerI would like to invite you to explore the opportunities provided by Grand Valley State University's Frederik Meijer Honors College.  The College offers intellectually challenging courses and seminars taught by excellent faculty in a supportive learning-living community.  It is an opportunity for students with strong academic skills to grow and learn together.

As an Honors student you will have opportunities to work closely with faculty on research and service learning projects and will be prepared for responsible and active citizenship in your university and community. An Honors education gives you an edge for national scholarships and admission to graduate and professional schools. It paves the way to successful careers beyond college.

I invite you to visit the Frederik Meijer Honors College in the Glenn A. Niemeyer Learning and Living Center or go to our website at www.gvsu.edu/honors to learn more opportunities for you as a student in Honors education at Grand Valley.
