INTERNSHIPS

If you are interested in an internship, please see Professor Matthew Daley. His office is located in D-1-238 Mackinac Hall. Once you have spoken to Professor Daley, and have secured your location, please send your request for a permit to:

with ALL the following information:

STUDENT G# (NOT Social Security Number)
YOUR NAME
COURSE TITLE
CRN & SECTION #
SEMESTER YOU ARE SEEKING PERMIT
COPY OF YOUR DEGREE PROGRESS REPORT (FOUND IN BANNER)
REASON YOU ARE REQUESTING THE PERMIT
LIST INTERNSHIP AND SUPERVISOR

You will receive an e-mail message back indicating that your permit is ready. Once you receive this message, you may sign on to Banner and sign up for the course.
