INTERNSHIPS

If you are interested in an internship, please see Professor Matthew Daley.  His office is located in D-1-238 Mackinac Hall.  Once you have spoken to Professor Daley, and have secured your location, please send your request for a permit to:

hstdept@gvsu.edu
with ALL the following information:

1. STUDENT G# (NOT Social Security Number)
2. YOUR NAME
3. COURSE TITLE
4. CRN & SECTION #
5. SEMESTER YOU ARE SEEKING PERMIT
6. COPY OF YOUR DEGREE PROGRESS REPORT (FOUND IN BANNER)
7. REASON YOU ARE REQUESTING THE PERMIT
8. LIST INTERNSHIP AND SUPERVISOR

You will receive a e-mail message back indicating that your permit is ready.  Once you receive this message, you may sign on to Banner and sign up for the course.
