Weight Watcher’s Subsidy Program at GVSU 2013
Benefit eligible faculty and staff can submit record of attendance to Weight Watchers meetings at work or in the community and receive reimbursement for participating in the program. View complete details.

Health Saving Account Note:
Weight Watchers does qualify for the Health Savings Account (HSA) card to make payment. You will want to get a doctor's note for your own records in case of auditing. Payments for the program do not apply to your HSA deductible.

*Due to Weight Watcher's new payment structure online, GVSU will no longer be accepting payroll deduction forms as a method of payment.
