Q: Is there a driving force behind your healthy lifestyle? Was it a person in your life, a certain event, were you brought up in a healthy environment? What makes you a healthy individual?
A: The driving force behind my healthy lifestyle is I. You’ve got to want it! I want to retire as healthy as I was in my earlier years, this is my goal.
Q: How would you encourage another person to pursue a healthy lifestyle?
A: My encouragement comes from doing and by example. I’m older but willing to try and pursue anything at least once. My motto is you don’t know till you try it!
Q: What activities do you engage in to reduce stress?
A: I enjoy TRX, Spinning, Rock Climbing, Running, Straight up Strength and Functional Fitness classes. These all help to reduce stress in my life and that’s a good thing.
