Research shows that healthy behaviors are directly correlated to those individuals that we spend a majority of our time with. If a co-worker exhibits healthy behaviors, we are more likely to as well. Human Resources Health and Wellness is pleased to provide staffing and resources to inaugurate the Deans for Wellness Initiative in partnership with Deans to promote a culture of health and wellness for faculty and staff throughout the university. Each Dean is invited to join the Initiative by implementing at least one wellness initiative in their college or school in 2016. Learn more here.
