A: My unhealthy body talked to me before anyone else did and before anyone else even noticed. It remains my driving force behind my healthy lifestyle. Whenever I slacken in my good habits, I ache and become miserable.

A: Like tasting the goodness of the Lord, taste the goodness of a healthy lifestyle and you will not want to live without it.
