A: The desire to enhance my quality of life is my driving force. We only have a limited number of days on the earth and I want every day to count.
Q: How would you encourage another person to pursue a healthy lifestyle?
A: Never stop making changes toward a healthy life. Sometimes the changes are tiny. Sometimes the changes are drastic, 360 degree-type changes. Keep making enhancements!
Q: What activities do you engage in to reduce stress?
Meditation. Loving family and friends. Music that makes me feel good, whatever the moment calls for. Observing nature. Photography.
