Priority Health Hold it For the Holidays Challenge

Faculty and staff, maintain - don't gain!
Hold it for the holidays is an eight-week program that encourages you to make healthy choices this holiday season. Whether you want to lose weight or maintain your current weight, this challenge will help you reach your goal! All participants who meet their goal earn their money back at the end of the challenge. 

STEP 1: Register online at www.gvsu.edu/sprout  

STEP 2: Weigh in November 23-24.

  • At a general session or with a weigh master 
  • Choose to maintain ($5) or to lose weight ($10)
  • Pay at time of weigh-in, CASH ONLY.

STEP 3: Maintain or lose! Final weigh in January 4-8th during a general session or weigh master.

Throughout the challenge, you will receive weekly health tips and recipes to help keep you on track.
