Walk-In Flu Vaccination Clinic

Description
The GVSU Family Health Center, operated by the Kirkhof College of Nursing, will be offering the following flu vaccination clinics in addition to appointments at our office in Grand Rapids. Please note that if you have a child between the ages of 6 months and 3 years, you will need to schedule an appointment at our health center. These clinics and appointments at our office are open to all faculty, staff, retirees, families, students, and community members.
GVSU Faculty/Staff/Retirees/Dependents:
A flu vaccination is a covered benefit provided by the GVSU Human Resources. Walk-ins are welcome during our office hours.
GVSU Students and Grand Rapids Community:
Students: If you would like the cost of the vaccination to be billed to your student account, you will be required to present your student ID card at the Flu Clinics outside the GVSU Family Health Center.
Cost is $30.00 cash or check (credit or debit cards are accepted at the GVSU Family Health Center only). If you would like your insurance company billed for the cost of the flu vaccine, please call the GVSU Family Health Center to schedule an appointment. Same day appointments are available.
