Description
GVSU Cancer Warriors was launched in December 2012 to provide support and information to those who have been impacted by cancer – a cancer survivor, a person in treatment, a caregiver, by a friend or loved one, or a person who has experienced the loss of a loved one due to caner.
Monthly meetings are run alternatively at both the Allendale
and Pew campuses. Topics range from general discussion to grief and
loss, financial issues, caregiver support, treatment options, and
more. Facilitated by Dr. Ingrid Johnson, GVSU Movement Science and
Sue Sloop, GVSU Health and Wellness. Contact either Ingrid or Sue
with questions or concerns.
