The goal of this challenge is to help you to keep the holiday weight at bay. Stay within 2 pounds of your pre holiday weight and qualify for prizes!

1. Sign-Up and pre weigh in
Participants may sign up by registering online at www.gvsu.edu/seminar under the Fitness, Wellness and Recretaion header after November 7. A $10 deposit is required when you sign up. The deposit will be refunded to participants who stay  within 2 lbs of their initial weight.

Participants have the option to self report weight they would like to lose or maintainwhen they register online or come onsite to weigh in:
