Child Care

GVSU recognizes the need for good quality child care for the children of our faculty and staff. Families have a wide range of child care needs - ranging from infant care, care for special needs children, part time care to after school care and summer care for school age children. Finding child care can be a daunting task. The average person spends over 30 hours searching for child care. Work and Family Connections, along with Encompass, can help you find daycare tailored to your particular needs. We will assist you through providing child care searches and offering programs that address the issues related to child care.
