No more than one hundred sixty (160) hours (eighty (80) hours for part-time staff) of earned vacation may be carried from one calendar year to the next calendar year.
Staff Members shall accrue .05 hours of vacation time for each hour worked (up to 40 hours per week) during the first two years of uninterrupted employment. Thereafter, an additional eight hours (full-time) four hours (part-time) per year is added with each calendar year of uninterrupted employment.
The number of hours earned in any single year shall not exceed 160 hours. Unused vacation time may be carried over into the next calendar year providing the number of hours does not exceed the hours earned the preceding year.
