When students are placed in an affiliated facility, they have a preceptor or supervisor assigned to monitor their activities and educational process.  In addition to the rewards inherent in teaching and mentoring a future healthcare professional, preceptors/supervisors are entitled to a number of incentives or perks through Grand Valley State University's Preceptor Perks Program.  Visit the Preceptor Perks Program webpage for more information.
