Chapter 8 - Lake Michigan Center - Muskegon

All fines incurred as a result of a parking violation will be processed by the established Parking Violation Bureau on the Allendale campus (see Chapter 3 of this Traffic and Parking Ordinance).

8.1 All sections of this ordinance apply only to the Lake Michigan Center at Muskegon with the following exceptions and additions.

8.2 Accidents: All accidents occurring on the Lake Michigan Center at Muskegon must be reported promptly to the Muskegon Police Department. Phone: (231) 724-6750.

8.3 Visitor Parking: Visitors shall abide by the Traffic and Parking Ordinance while using a vehicle on the Lake Michigan Center at Muskegon. When inviting guests on campus, individuals are expected to inform them in advance of the available parking locations and regulations.

8.4 Handicapped Parking: Mobility-impaired parking is available in front of building.

8.6 Impoundment: Vehicles parked in violation of the established Grand Valley State University Traffic and Parking Ordinance and consistent with the Michigan Vehicle Code and the Uniform Traffic Code for Cities, Townships and Villages are subject to impoundment.
