4.1 Policy: Any person may appeal a citation for violation of the parking regulations contained herein.

4.6 Notification of Decision:
a. The Dept. of Public Safety Services will notify appellants of the Parking Judicial Officer’s decision and any penalty imposed by email or at the address listed on the “Vehicular Traffic Appeal Form.”
b. The decision of the Traffic Judicial Officer is the final step within the university judiciary system.
