Scholarship opportunity for environmental policy and Native American students
Posted on October 08, 2013
The Frederik Meijer Office of Fellowships is offering an information session on the Morris K. Udall scholarship, for sophomore and junior students interested in environmental policy and for students of Native American or Native Alaskan heritage interested in tribal public policy or tribal healthcare.
The scholarship is one of the most competitive in the nation, with approximately 80 awarded annually. Grand Valley alumna Ashley Keller received a Udall scholarship in 2010. The information session for the Udall scholarship will be held on October 23 from noon-12:50 p.m. in the Mary Idema Pew Library, room 216.
Advanced registration is appreciated. Please email email@example.com if you plan to attend. Students who can’t attend the information session can contact the Office of Fellowships at (616) 331-2699 or visit Mary Idema Pew Library room 230 to schedule an appointment with a fellowships advisor.
