International dinner set for Connection

The third installment of the monthly International Student Club dinner at The Connection is set for Sunday, February 12, 5-8 p.m.
Foods from the country of Myanmar, including Burmese chicken, potato curry, vegetable soup and jasmine rice, will be featured. The student host will be Mya Thida, from Myanmar, who enrolled in Grand Valley in January.
The campus community is invited to the dinner; charge is $6.99 for those not using a meal plan. The first dinner was held in December; January’s meal featured foods from the People’s Republic of the Congo.
