Health and Wellness is sponsoring its annual Fruit and Veggie Challenge, designed to give faculty and staff members the support they need to eat the daily recommended amounts of fruits and vegetables.

The challenge starts Monday, June 17, and runs through July 22. Participants will receive a new goal to meet each week, and qualify for prizes. Program details are online, click here.

Also starting next week is the Healthy Matters Film and Book Club. Participants can watch films or discuss a book related to food issues. Films are screened on the Allendale and Pew Grand Rapids campuses beginning Tuesday, June 18. See the list of three films and screening dates online by clicking here.
