The deadline to submit recipes for the second Summer Grill Challenge, sponsored by Human Resources and Campus Dining, is Friday, May 24.
The challenge for faculty and staff grillers will be held on June 5, the opening day of the GVSU Farmers Market. Tim Selgo, director of athletics, will serve as emcee for the event.
Recipes must include three in-season produce items, must be a main dish and cost $20 or less for four servings. Complete rules are online, click here. Recipes can be submitted by using the above link, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or delivered to Lake Michigan Hall room 140.
Taste testers can sample each recipe during the June 5 challenge for $6, including side items from Campus Dining. RSVP online at www.gvsu.edu/seminar.
