Two GV Students Receive MSGC Graduate Fellowships, Next Round of Proposal Requests Announced

For over 2 decades, GVSU faculty and students have consistently obtained Michigan Space Grants Consortium fellowships and grants enriching the scholarship and education experience of GVSU students and faculty. Last year, GVSU brought in about $40,000 that provided fellowships for four undergraduate and two graduate students, seed grants for three faculty members and a K-12 science training and outreach program grant for one other faculty member.

We would like to congratulate the two Grand Valley students who received graduate fellowships this year, Emily Kindervator and Nick Gezon! Emily Kindervator will be working with mentor Al Steinman and Nick Gezon will be working with mentor Kevin Strychar. Congratulations!
