New Financial Tools for Graduate Students

Financial literacy is an important skill, but being a graduate student presents particular challenges. Fortunately, there are a variety of online tools available to assist you before, during, and after your graduate education:

The Council of Graduate Schools has launched GradSense, a new online tool designed to help you plan financially for your education and future career.

TIAA-CREF has provided a great resource for students: Starting Your Financial Life.

GradSchools.com outlines 5 Tips for Good Financial Habits.

GVSU's Financial Aid Office also offers services to all students, including help with financial literacy with its MoneySmart Lakers program. Take advantage of the free services offered to GVSU students!

We have also posted the presentation from our PACES Financial Planning workshop on Student Loan Repayment.
