Role of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in the Weed & Seed ProgramThe Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) provides support to the weeding initiatives of our strategic plan. Through a collaboration between Weed & Seed and the Project Safe Neighborhoods initiative, the ATF provides federal support addressing the crime indicators of narcotics, aggravated assault and gun violence related to their law enforcement strategy.
