• Provide an electronic copy off all meeting minutes to the Greek Advisor and all member organizations with 48 hours of General Assembly Meeting by posting on Orgsync.
• Provide copies of Greek Life Council Constitution and By-Laws to members when necessary
• Maintain custody of all papers belonging to Greek Life Council, not otherwise under the charge of any other officer
• Compile attendance at all Greek Life Council events
• Maintain an updated roster with Orgsync and organize website operations
• Coordinate an all Greek calendar and newsletter and send our reminders about events throughout the year
• Serve as a voting member of the Executive Board
