Santiago Gayton - Assistant Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life
Santiago currently serves as the Assistant Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life. Santiago received his B.A. in Political Science from Grand Valley State University in 2006 and his M.A. in Educational Administration and Leadership with Student Affairs Emphasis from the University of the Pacific in 2009. Prior to joining Grand Valley, Santiago worked at Texas A&M University as the Leadership Development Specialist for the Office of Greek Life where he served as the advisor to the Interfraternity Council and the Order of Omega and to develop leadership programs for the fraternity and sorority community. Santiago is a proud member of Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity, Inc. and a Chartering Brother of the Alpha Gamma Chapter at GVSU.
Erika Perry - Graduate Assistant
Erika received her B.A in Psychology from Wayne State University in 2016. She serves as one of the Graduate Assistants for Fraternity and Sorority Life, located in the Office of Student Life. Erika's responsibilities include advising the Interfraternity Council (IFC) and co-advising the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC). In her undergraduate experience, Erika was a competitive college track and field athlete and has been proud member of Alpha Gamma Delta Women's Fraternity since 2013.
William Keen - Graduate Assistant
William received his B.A in Theatre with a minor in Religious Studies from Winthrop University in May of 2017. He currently serves as one of the Graduate Assistants for Fraternity and Sorority Life, located within the Office of Student Life. William will be working with advising the Panhellenic Association (NPC) along with co-advising the Multicultural Greek Council (MGC). During his undergraduate work, William worked extensively with his university’s New Student Orientation Program, SafeZones programming, and serving on his chapter of Pi Kappa Phi’s executive board as the Philanthropy Chairman.
Josh Woolard - Staff Assistant
Josh serves as the Staff Assistant in the Office of Student Life for fraternities and sororities and is responsible for providing staff support to the Fraternity and Sorority Life Team. Additionally, Josh works with all statistical reports and the completion of data and forms, correspondence with chapter presidents, PR and marketing Greek events and initiatives, Greek Allies & Advocates, the National Hazing Prevention Week, and social media campaigns for Fraternity and Sorority Life. He also serves as the President on the Interfraternity Council and is a member of Delta Tau Delta.
