Hazing Prevention Module

Hazing Prevention Module: To be able to begin the New Member Education process, you must first complete the 45-minute Hazing Prevention 101™ Course - College Edition was developed in partnership with Hazing Prevention Network and leading hazing prevention scholars to provide evidence-based, best practices that teach you how to recognize, prevent and report hazing. You must complete this module before New Member Education can begin. Follow the following steps:

1. First & Last Name
2. GVSU email & create password
3. Select your classification
4. Organization Type – Potential New Member
5. Organization Name – Council Recruitment (Select IFC, Panhellenic, NPHC, or MGC)

The Family and Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (as amended in December 1974) provides that the release of education records (or personally identifiable information therein, except for public directory information) without the written consent of the student will not be made.
