The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) is an interactive web-based system created by HRSA to conduct all aspects of electronic business pertaining to funding.
HRSA, an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is the primary Federal agency for improving access to health care services for people who are uninsured, isolated or medically vulnerable.
The EHBs provide all potential and existing grantees a means to conduct various activities electronically. While some proposals are submitted completely through Grants.gov, many HRSA proposals are submitted in two parts: Grants.gov and EHBs. Once a proposal is awarded, all reports, extensions, and budget adjustments must be submitted through EHBs.
Note: PIs may be required to register in EHBs prior to proposal submission. PIs must register individually, selecting GVSU as the Organization. The OSP then confirms the registration. Please contact the OSP if you need assistance with registration.
