Description
Are you frustrated by people who just don't get it? Tired of resistance by those who refuse to accept the science? If so, you might be part of the problem. Come learn about communication science, how intuitive communication can backfire, and how to communicate more effectively when discussing controversial issues, such as climate change. Chris Hoving, a specialist on climate adaption for the Wildlife Divison of the DNR, will be presenting.
Admission is free, but a $5 donation is encouraged. Refreshments are provided. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. This event is hosted by the West Michigan Conservation Network.
