General Education Program
The NEW General Education Program will focus on:
1. developing students' skills in problem solving, collaboration, integration, written communication, oral communication, critical and creative thinking, information literacy, ethical reasoning, and quantitative literacy
2. developing students’ understanding of the major areas of human investigation and accomplishment (Foundations), about one’s own culture and the cultures of others (Cultures), and how academic study connects to issues in the world (Issues).
