Online and Hybrid Teaching Circle

Whether you've been teaching in this format for several years, or just getting ready to start your first semester online, all levels of expertise are welcome to join the "Online and Hybrid Teaching Circle: Taking the Next Step".

The "Online and Hybrid Teaching Circle" will meet once a month during the winter semester to:

  • Support new and experienced online/hybrid faculty through dialogue and samples
  • Explore best practices associated with online/hybrid teaching and learning
  • Identify emerging technological needs to support online teaching and learning
  • Share collective expertise across disciplines

Sponsored by IDeL (Instructional Design for eLearning) and the Pew Faculty Teaching & Learning Center, we hope this teaching circle will provide a venue for faculty-led dialogue and to share collective expertise regarding online/hybrid instruction at GVSU.

If you are interested in becoming a member of this teaching circle, please reserve your spot and list 2-3 topics in online/hybrid teaching that you want to discuss.  Questions about this Teaching Circle can be directed to Kim Kenward at kenwardk@gvsu.edu
