Can you define what stereotypes are and state why they are harmful? Are you aware of stereotypes you hold? What are generalizations?

In this interactive workshop participants will review case studies, and be able to share their own stories. Participants will also learn the difference between stereotypes and generalizations, and participate in exercises to learn more about their own individual biases.
