Flu Clinics

The 2012 Flu Clinic Campaign has ended. Please come back in September for information on our 2013 Campaign.

GVSU Faculty/Staff/Retirees/Dependents:

A flu vaccination is a covered benefit provided by GVSU Human Resources.  Employee G# required. 

GVSU Students and Grand Rapids Community:

Cost is $25.00 cash or check (credit or debit cards are accepted at the GVSU Family Health Center only).  Individuals with health insurance may bring their insurance card for courtesy billing; however payment must be made at the time of service.
