July 20th:  Smoked Chicken Cheese Tortellini Salad- Cheese Filled Tortellini with Smoked Chicken Breast, Roasted Red and Yellow Bell peppers, Fresh Italian Parsley, Basil, Grape Tomatoes, Parmesan Dressing, with Fresh Michigan Watermelon and Black Berry Almond Bars

July 27th:  Greek Flatbread-Feta Cheese, Grilled Marinated Chicken Strips, Shredded Romaine, Calamata Olives, Diced Tomatoes, Thin sliced Red Onion, Cucumbers, Tzatziki Sauce, with Baklava, & Fresh Whole Fruit

August 3rd: Tex-Mex Cobb Salad-Apple wood Smoked Bacon, Sliced Fresh Avocado, Slice Chicken, Roasted Corn & Black Beans, Diced Tomatoes, Cilantro, Fresh Jalapeno Slices, Smoked Diced Cheddar Cheese, Chili Corn Tortilla Straws, Lime Chipotle Dressing with Honey Corn Bread muffin

August 10th: Cuban Croissant-Sliced Ham, Salami, Pickles, Swiss Cheese, Dijon Mustard on large buttery croissant, with Cinnamon Dusted Sweet Potato Chips & Chocolate Dipped Banana

August 17th: Brioche Beef Brisket – Smoked Sliced Beef Brisket, BBQ Mayo, Jalapeno Jack Cheese, Shredded Lettuce with Southwestern Cabbage Slaw, with Chocolate Smores Bars

August 24th: Turkey BLT Ciabatta sandwich with kettle chips and a cookie.
