GVSU Farmer's Market Lunch Menu

The 2016 season menu will be updated each week.

$6 buys market goers a healthy lunch provided by Campus Dining from 11am-1pm.

June 15th: Roast Turkey Avocado BLT Club Wrap-Roast turkey, Apple wood smoked bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, fresh sliced avocado’s, Roasted Garlic Mayo On Wheat Tortilla Wrap with Pickle Wedge, Root Vegetable Chips, & Chocolate chip Cookie

June 22nd:  Marinated Grilled Flank Steak Salad-Grilled Flank steak cooked to medium, thin sliced over fresh Chopped Romaine Lettuce, Sliced Michigan Apples, Cherries, Feta Cheese, Thin Sliced Buttermilk Battered Red Onions, Cherry Balsamic Dressing, Grilled French bread Croutons & Rice Krispy Treat

June 29th:  Italian Ciabatta- Spicy Capicola, Pepperoni, Salami, Provolone Cheese, Shredded Romaine, Sliced Tomatoes, Italian Dressing, Mayonnaise on Hearty Ciabatta Bread, with Banana Peppers & Tira Misu Parfait

July 6th:  Chicken Hummus Salad- Marinated Grilled Chicken Strips, Yellow & Red Grape Tomatoes, Diced Cucumber, Hummus, Lemon Honey Pepper Dressing, Grilled Pita Bread, with Fresh Berry Cup

July 13th:  Fresh Mozzarella Heirloom Tomato Basil Piadina (Italian Flabread)- Fresh Marinated Mozzarella, Sliced Local Heirloom Tomatoes, Fresh Basil, Pesto Mayo, with Rotini Pasta Salad and macaroon Cookies

July 20th:  Smoked Chicken Cheese Tortellini Salad- Cheese Filled Tortellini with Smoked Chicken Breast, Roasted Red and Yellow Bell peppers, Fresh Italian Parsley, Basil, Grape Tomatoes, Parmesan Dressing, with Fresh Michigan Watermelon and Black Berry Almond Bars

July 27th:  Greek Flatbread-Feta Cheese, Grilled Marinated Chicken Strips, Shredded Romaine, Calamata Olives, Diced Tomatoes, Thin sliced Red Onion, Cucumbers, Tzatziki Sauce, with Baklava, & Fresh Whole Fruit
