June 14  Teriyaki Chicken Noodle Salad: teriyaki marinated pulled chicken, shredded romaine, ramen noodles, cashews, red pepper, cilantro, carrots, edamame, crispy fried wonton strips, sesame dressing. Vegetarian option: same minus chicken.

June 21  Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT Club: roasted turkey, apple wood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, fresh sliced avocado, and roasted garlic mayo on oat bread. Vegetarian option: without turkey & bacon, add in smoked cheddar slices.

June 28  Michigan Salad: romaine lettuce, sliced Michigan apples, cherries, feta cheese, maple spiked onion rings, cherry balsamic dressing, with a side of a fresh watermelon wedge.
