Thank you to all of those that joined us for the opening market day this year! It was certainly one to remember! After faculty and staff submitted healthy grilling recipes online, three competitors took part in the Summer Grill Challenge Cook 2013. A lunch consisted of a small portion of each recipe for only $6. The money was donated to GVSU Student Pantry and to the Children's Enrichment Center located on campus.
Campus Dining chefs select feature ingredients from the vendors at the market and prepare tasty samples for market goers!
