Inter-Departmental Mail consists of enveloped correspondence from a campus address for delivery to another campus address. This mail should be sent in an inter-departmental envelope and should be addressed using: DEPARTMENT/BUILDING/PERSON (please be sure to use current department and building). Mail is sorted by department - it is essential that the proper department be indicated. Make sure that the previous name & department are marked out on the envelope to ensure proper handling and delivery to the intended person. Inter-Department Mail is delivered daily to the Allendale campus, Eberhard Center, DeVos Center, Ferguson Family Clinic, Cook DeVos Center for Health Sciences and the Meijer Building in Holland. Inter-Departmental deliveries are made to Muskegon on Tuesdays and Fridays. We do not offer inter-departmental mail service to Traverse City. If sending Inter-Campus mail to students (living on campus), include the student's name, dorm/living center name, and room number.
