I worked as a mechanical engineer responsible for the testing and analysis of transmission components to determine how our current components compare to our proposed improvements.

Real world experience with product testing and failure analysis.
Favorite Part of the Experience
My favorite experience from this semester was performing tests on a transmission inside of a vehicle. This involved riding in the turret in Bradley A3 Fighting Vehicle to collect data
How the Experience Influenced Future Career Goals
It as pushed me toward propulsion development in the future. I think that after I graduate, I will still want to work with either engines or transmissions.
