Health Fitness Instruction Emphasis

This emphasis focuses on the psychological and sociological principles underpinning exercise science and prepares students looking to work in settings such as corporate wellness, community health, and strength and conditioning.

 

It is an excellent area of study for those students looking to continue into graduate or professional programs such as exercise and health, public health administration, and occupational therapy.
