Climbing Center

Rock climbing is a full body workout that offers physical and mental challenges that are sure to get your adrenaline rushing.  Let our experienced female staff help start you off on the right foot by teaching you the fundamentals of indoor rock climbing.  This hands-on course, for women only, meets one day per week for 3 consecutive weeks.  Material covered includes: types of climbing, safety, basic equipment, knots, belaying, & movement. 

Registration opens at 8am on Monday, January 9th and is open to GV Students, Faculty, & Staff
