Wellness Self-Care Through Breathing Exercises

Breathing exercises have been found to be effective in the reducing stress, muscle tension, headaches, fatigue, and various mental health disorders, such as anxiety and depression. This one hour experiential program will help students to better manage their emotions and enhance their self-awareness.
