It is an easy way to improve your health, help the environment, and save the animals. There will be easy-to-make-at-home food demonstrations with free samples, educational speakers, a free pilates and yoga class, and a raffle for sustainable local businesses around Grand Rapids! Proceeds from this event will benefit Sasha Farms, a farm animal sanctuary in Manchester, MI and Kids’ Food Basket, a program in Grand Rapids, MI that helps feed children in need.
