This is a 6-week program that meets once a week. It introduces the fundamentals of TRX Suspension Training. The TRX Suspension Trainer is a training tool that uses the individual’s body weight and gravity to complete several exercises and effectively improves overall strength, flexibility, stability and power. This program will aim to teach class participants about this new piece of equipment and how to correctly exercise on the functional trainer. Training on the TRX will be a fun and educational experience for all levels of fitness and anyone ready to try something new! Beginners welcome!
Classes are held once a week on Tuesdays from 7:30pm - 8:15 pm through October 16.
Cost is $10 - Space is limited to only 6 people!
