Tobacco Free For Good (TFFG) is a six-session group class offered at no charge to GVSU faculty, staff, family members and the public. The class allows participants to develop their own plan for success. Topics covered include:

  • Overview of tobacco lifestyle
  • Health implication of smoking
  • Nicotine addiction
  • Medications and nicotine replacements
  • Planning for success
  • Stress management
  • Weight Control
  • Setback prevention
  • Fitness & recreation
