Understanding IRS guidelines for nonprofit fundraising activities is more complicated than many organizations think. This workshop, led by Michelle DeRidder, C.P.A. (Andrews Hooper Pavlik PLC) will explore many IRS regulations that relate to nonprofit fundraising. Topics that will be covered in this workshop include: fundraising dinners, determining deductible amounts for events, auction and gaming regulations, unrelated business income tax and IRS forms W2-G and 1099.
Michelle DeRidder is a Certified Public Accountant with over sixteen years of experience in public accounting specializing in not-for-profit, corporate, partnership and individual tax consulting, planning and compliance.
