Strategic Planning: Managing the People and the Process

Strategic planning is essential to any nonprofit organization's long-term

growth and sustainability. Learn what it is, how to do it, and who should be

involved in the process.

This workshop will be led by one of the Johnson Center's nonprofit technical

assistance providers, Terry Horton. Terry has a J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law

School in Portland, Ore. and was previously a consultant for The Foraker

Group, a management support organization serving nonprofit organizations.

Cost: $45 for Non-MNA Members; $40 for MNA Members.
