Description:

QPR stands for Question, Persuade and Refer. It is a one hour program that is nationally recognized to help educate everyone on the risk factors of suicide, how to recognize signs and symptoms and more important how to ask someone if they are suicidal and how to assist them in getting help. It is to suicide prevention that CPR is to the lay person for cardiac emergencies. This is a Lib100 event.
