Take care of you!  Whether you are taking care of an elderly loved one or a disabled child, when you take care of yourself as a caregiver, everyone benefits.  Ignoring your own needs is not only potentially detrimental to you, but to the person who depends on you.  Join us for this 6 week educational course, provided by Clark Retirement Community, designed to provide you with the tools you need to take care of yourself while you are caring for others. This class enables you to examine your life and positively address your individual situation.  Powerful Tools for the Caregivers is a six week course.  Each week, one ninety minute class is led by trained instructors experienced in care giving.  $25.00 fee for class book.
